A few weeks ago I was asked to photograph newborn baby Harrison and his family in Watford, Hertfordshire. I know baby Harrison’s family very well because I photographed his big sister Molly about 9 months ago. I love family photography and especially newborn babies. Harrison was 7 days old when I shot his portrait photography, so tiny but absolutely gorgeous.

During the summer Marina and Mark, Molly’s parents, requested baby portrait photography. Molly is a beautiful baby with large dark brown eyes. Here is the baby and family portraits I created.

Baby Robyn was christened in a beautiful church in Hertfordshire. After shooting family portrait photography of Robyn, her parents were very keen for me to record her Christening too. Siobhan and Philip wanted the photographs displayed in a beautiful bespoke storybook album, which I designed around the photographs I had taken of these special occasions.

Although it’s lovely to shoot newborn baby portrait photography, for some it is not always possible and so I often photograph babies and their parents at age 3 months. The baby is still tiny and so i can capture all the small details as I would with a newborn. Robyn is a beautiful happy baby and I shot some lovely portraits of her and her mother Siobhan. Siobhan also booked me to shoot photography at Robyn’s christening. I will post on this shortly.

Back in February I was contacted by Thomas, Anastacia’s Father, to shoot some newborn baby portrait photography of his new daughter. Anastacia was 20 days old and so tiny.  I photographed all the little details, her tiny fingers and toes so that Thomas and Nicole (Anastacia’s Mummy) had a true and beatiful record of their daughter at such a young age.

Amelia is two! I shot baby Amelia’s birthday portrait photography in Watford, Herts. She was such a lovely child – soft blond hair, rosy cheeks and lots of smiles.
